VQ Assessment Centre

The Midlands Consortium, VQ Assessment Centre has been approved since 1998 to offer a range of awards for staff in the Probation Service, at that time. However, over the years we have provided training and qualifications for a number of other agencies in the Justice Sector.

The Assessment Centre provides:

  • Registration, quality assurance and certification for a number of vocational qualifications on the Qualifications & Credit Framework.
  • Cost-effective and time-efficient assessment and internal verification using VQManager®.
  • Training and assessment for assessors and internal verifiers, endorsed by Skillsmark® – the quality mark for the Justice Sector.

Approved Awards:

Approved by City & Guilds and OCR, our range of awards reflects the various roles of staff within the Justice Sector. All awards can be, or are, linked to a programme of learning. We are also able to seek/gain approval for other justice sector awards.

The Assessment Centre offers a range of training programmes and can provide costs for delivery and assessment based on single learners or groups of learners within an organisation.
