Lunch

In conjunction with local reputable catering firms Midlands Consortium provides lunch for delegates which includes the following:

  • Freshly made sandwiches, wraps and baguettes on a mixture of white, brown and granary bread
  • Savoury selections including chicken spears, prawn toast, brie wedges and mini beef and horseradish yorkshire puddings
  • Salad bowl
