- Learn and practice core skills for handling conflict situations in the workplace
- Understand the importance using mediation skills as part of the overall performance management framework
- Gain confidence and support to apply mediation skills in workplace situations.
Method:
Direct input, small and large group discussions, role play and case studies in areas such as, team disputes, customer complaints, poor attendance, return to work interviews, bullying and harassment issues, or race and diversity matters.
