An Introduction to Project Management

(One Day)

Target group: Managers who are likely to be managing projects in the near future and who have had no formal project management training.

Learn how to ensure that your projects succeed by:

• Planning them properly in advance
• Avoiding scope creep
• Ensuring that stakeholders buy into the project
• Ensuring that projects do not conflict with ‘business as usual’. 

You will take away from this course:

• An understanding of the principles of project management.
• Practical resources, a straight forward project management template and accompanying software.
