A programme suitable for anyone who is new to management and/or has had little management training. A chance to gain an Award from the Level 5 Certificate in management and Leadership. (There will be an opportunity to undertake a second award Being a Leader and complete the certificate later in the year.) Closing date 10th June 2011.

Accredited Programmes:

• Managers develop skills and knowledge while gaining a nationally recognised qualification
• In House Programmes tailor made: Mapped to your requirements e.g. Managers’ Job description

• All programmes use a mix of taught sessions and Action Learning Sets giving learners a chance to put theory into practice and consolidate learning while solving real life problems.

Programmes Available: All based on CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership Development and suitable for Middle Managers.

• Certificate Programme (Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership 5003 & 5012).  Suitable for all managers who have had little or no training including newly appointed managers
• Aspiring Managers Programme (Award in Personal Development as a Manager and Leader: 5001: 6 credits)
• Managing People for Improved Performance (Award in Performance Management: 5003: 9 credits)
• Leading for Excellence (Being a Leader: 5012: 7 credits)
