| The Midlands Consortium has 19 staff. Nearly all have a working background from within Probation Areas.
About our staff:
Four of the seven middle managers employed have a Probation Officer background. The remaining three are from a human resource/training and development background. There are three Regional Training Officers who have a Probation Officer background. There is one Office Manager and eight administrative staff supporting the work of the Consortium. Four of these staff members have Probation Service backgrounds and four are external appointments. Fifteen of these twenty staff are on secondment from Probation Areas across the Midlands Region, including:
