- We have a total population of around 520,000, with a mixed urban, rural and industrial landscape
- We employ approximately 180 staff, with 1 Chief Officer and 3 Assistant Chief Officers
- Offices are based at Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon and Rugby, with a Community Service workshop in Warwick.
- In January 2005 staff moved into the purpose built Nuneaton Justice Centre, which accommodates Police, Probation, Crown Prosecution Service, Courts, Youth Offending Team and Victim Support. Plans are in place for a Justice Centre in Leamington Spa.
- We run two approved premises in Leamington Spa and Nuneaton.
We run the following accredited behaviour programmes for offenders:
- Think First
- Priestly One to One
- Drink Impaired Drivers (DIDs)
- Sex Offender programme
- Controlling Anger and Learning to Manage it - CALM, a violence prevention programme.
- Integrated Domestic Abuse Programme (IDAP)
 
Warwickshire Probation Area has achieved the Investors in People award and gained the Positive about Disability award.
